Nevada Railroad Museum

We finally had a chance to go to Boulder City, NV to check out the train museum and ride the rails with the boys.  So we packed up everything we needed and headed out.  We made it just in time to get on board for the 10 am train ride.  The conductors were very friendly and helped the boys get up the steps and find their seats.  The railroad and train were used to bring supplies to the Hoover Dam while it was being built so we got to see a part of that line.  There were plenty of people waving as we passed and the boys enjoyed greeting them with a smile and wave back.   
After that ride Blaise took Stephen and Jake on the train to the "Bone Yard" and they got to see a lot of old trains.  My favorite part was lunch at The Coffee Cup in Boulder City.  It was featured on Diners, Drive Ins and Dives (Blaise's favorite show) and the food was excellent!  We would be happy to return if any guests were to request it.  :-)
