We decided to do homemade pizza last night and Stephen was a BIG help. He has really been into baking for quite a while but I think he is starting to really learn techniques and measuring.

They were delicious! And we always love left over pizza:-)
Pizza Dough
2 1/2 Cups flour
1 Cup warm water
1 package quick-rise yeast
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp oil
Mix yeast directly into flour. Add sugar, salt, oil and water and blend completely. Knead dough for about 10 minutes. Set in oiled bowl to rise for 15 minutes. Divide dough and roll into pizza rounds. Let rise another 15 minutes. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Score dough and bake in over for 5-7 minutes. Remove and top with favorite pizza toppings. Bake for another 10 minutes, until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
Enjoy!
Kitty, Hawaiian pizza is Matt's absolute favorite too. Are you guys related? I like the boys' bunk beds too.
